You will become an expert on key internal and external data sources. Identify opportunities to leverage new data sources/features to improve existing or develop new analytic solutions. You create end-to-end, robust analytic products in key areas of the business (e.g. Sales, Finance, Product, Strategy, Marketing, etc.).
Support all the phases of Process Improvement projects, from requirements gathering, analysis, re-design to automation.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Process Improvement, BPM or Mining
- Managing end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries
- Running data identification, extraction, and transformation (ETL)
- Connecting Process Mining tools to client’s IT systems
- Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards
- Analyzing and interpreting the findings
- Drawing conclusions and recommendations
- Advising on Process Mining capability development and technology strategy
