Requirements
The Role As the lead product manager you will act as a strategic thinker, responsible for leading a high-growth SaaS platform in the Process Driven AI space. You will be working closely with the CEO to define and drive the direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
Your work will include but not limited to:
• Owning the product lifecycle from design, launch and developing cross functional partnerships
• Defining product requirements and roadmap • Developing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products
• Collaborating cross-functionally and adjusting priorities as per the requirements
• Championing a remote-first mindset
Ideal Profile
• You have at least 8 years experience in Product Management, with the last few years in product leadership roles, preferably with high-growth SaaS startups.
• A proven track record of building groundbreaking tech products would be preferred. • You have built high-performing teams. • Solid senior stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal skills are a must. • A data-driven mindset and critical decision-making ability are a must for this candidate.
